The PSE - Post Secondary Education - is a new part Alumni Services Department. The former Alumni Services was less formal and more of a social club where as the PSE is soley dedicated to degree obtainment and job security with substantial benefits and wages. Although all YouthBuild McLean County graduates are eligible to receive program services, those who are career focused and education driven will be eligible for travel opportunities, additional scholarships and countless other professional resources.
YouthBuild McLean County has approximately 160 graduates and many are very successful. The following is a list of positions held by YBMC graduates: - Jobsite Instructors

- Support Professionals for disabled and mentally challenged
- Property Managers
- Social Workers
- Day Care Operators
- Construction Laborers
